What if I’m declined for the Nav Prime Card?

If your application is denied, we encourage you to review your information and re-apply. In some cases, you may need to submit additional documents.

Make sure the information on your documents matches your application and that you’ve included all required material. Otherwise, you may be denied again.

If you’re denied again, you can still access the other features of Nav Prime:

  • Detailed credit reports

  • Additional tools to build credit

  • Automatic tradeline reporting with your monthly payments

  • Business credit coaching (Expand plans only)
