What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you suspect fraud, please contact us ASAP at [email protected], or log into your account and use the chat feature.

If you need to report your card as lost or stolen, freeze your card, or replace your card, you can do so by logging into your account.

Click to “Manage Cards” on your Nav Prime Card page, select the card, and click on the tile with the applicable action you’d like to take.
