Scheduled and Recurring Payments

How to Set-up a Scheduled or Recurring Payment:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Payments’ tab on the left-hand side of your account

  2. After entering the payments page, select ‘Send Money’ at the top right of the page

  3. Select the 'Account' you would like to send money from

  4. Next you’ll be able to choose to send money to Yourself or Someone else

  5. Now you can select a contact or account you would like to send the money to

  6. Enter the 'Amount' you would like to send, as well as a 'Description' and optional additional note

  7. Next you will have the option to select frequency, dates, and/or days of the week

  8. Now hit 'Continue' found on the top right of the page

Where can you view your scheduled payments?

You can view your upcoming Scheduled and Recurring payments by navigating to the 'Payments' section and scrolling down to the bottom screen. There you will see who the payment will be sent to, the amount, and the date of scheduled payment.

How do you cancel a scheduled payment?

  1. Navigate to the ‘Payments’ tab on the left-hand side of your account

  2. After entering the payments page, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see your scheduled payments

  3. Select the ‘See All’ button and you will be brought into a detailed view of the payments

  4. Now you will find the payment you are wishing to cancel and select the grey ‘x’ to the far right of it

  5. A side board will pop up and ask if you want to cancel the payment. Simply select the ‘Cancel Payment’ button at the bottom and it will be canceled and removed from the scheduled payments section
