If you are current on your monthly or quarterly payment and decide to downgrade your subscription, it will do so at the end of your current pay period. It will be immediate if you have a past-due payment and choose to downgrade your subscription. Note: We do not issue any refunds or prorated credits for the time remaining on the account.
