No, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Nav Prime membership at any time.
If you’re upgrading from one paid plan to another, you’ll be charged a prorated amount immediately, then the regular amount for your new plan at the next billing cycle.
Downgrades or cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you have a past-due payment, downgrades are immediate.
Note: We don’t issue refunds or prorated credits for time remaining on the account.
