You may see different information when you pull a report directly from the business credit bureaus compared to what you see on your Nav account. This is because the credit bureaus may only provide Nav with what they consider "non-financial data" (net-30 accounts, utility bills, etc.). They may not provide Nav with anything that they consider "financial data" (i.e. credit cards, lines of credit).

Also, Nav credit reports are updated monthly — so your updated reports may not be reflected yet on Nav. You can call Nav’s customer service number and pay $4.99 for a one-time refresh of your credit reports at any time.
