Business credit reports are public information, which means anyone can pull someone else's business credit. (Note that this doesn’t negatively impact your business credit score). It doesn’t necessarily mean that you applied for anything. Unfortunately, business bureaus don’t tell you who pulled your business credit, only that it was pulled. It’s a good idea to keep an eye out for inquiries that aren’t associated with an application you made because it could be an indication of fraud. ​
