How do I dispute a transaction?

If there is a transaction you do not recognize in your Nav Business Checking account, or if you believe you were incorrectly charged for a purchase, we recommend first reaching out directly to the merchant or contact for that transaction to resolve the issue. Most transaction issues can be resolved quickly this way and disputes will take longer.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the merchant or contact directly, you can file a dispute. To start the dispute process, email Nav Customer Support with the transaction you wish to dispute.
