How do I close my debit card?
You can permanently close your physical or virtual debit cards in your Nav Business Checking account. This deactivates your card so it cannot be reopened or used for further purchases.
To close your debit card:
Log in to your account at www.navchecking.com
Choose Cards on the menu
Choose the Manage cards button
Select the card you wish to close and choose the Continue button
Confirm that you would like to unfreeze the card by choosing the Unfreeze card button
Once your card has been successfully closed, you will no longer be able to use it for transactions.
