How do I unfreeze my debit card?

You can unfreeze your physical or virtual debit cards in your Nav Business Checking account at any time. This enables your card to be available for normal use again.

To unfreeze your debit card:

  1. Log in to your account at www.navchecking.com

  2. Choose Cards on the menu

  3. Choose the Manage cards button

  4. Select the card you wish to unfreeze and choose the Continue button

  5. Confirm that you would like to unfreeze the card by choosing the Unfreeze card button

  6. Once your card has been successfully unfrozen, you can resume using it again for transactions.
