You can temporarily freeze your physical or virtual debit cards in your Nav Business Checking account. You will not be able to use your card for transactions until you unfreeze it.
To freeze your debit card:
Log in to your account at www.navchecking.com
Choose Cards on the menu
Choose the Manage cards button
Select the card you wish to freeze and choose the Continue button
Confirm that you would like to freeze the card by choosing the Freeze card button
Once your card has been successfully frozen, you will not be able to use it for transactions. You can unfreeze your card at any time.
