If your physical debit card has been lost or stolen, you can report it through your Nav Business Checking account. Your card will be canceled and a new card will be ordered with new card details.
To report your card lost or stolen:
Log in to your account atwww.navchecking.com
Click the menu button in the upper right corner of the screen.
Choose Cards on the menu
Click on the card that you would like to report lost or stolen.
Select Report Card - Lost or Report Card - Stolen and choose the Continue button
Select Report Card in the bottom right corner of the pop-up
Select Create a new Card and follow the prompts to order a new card.
Once you receive confirmation that your new card was successfully ordered, please allow 7-10 business days for your card to arrive via USPS.
Once your card arrives, please return to Cards to activate your card and set a PIN.
Once you activate your card and set a PIN, you can use your physical debit card to make business purchases.
You may also report your card lost or stolen by calling Visa toll-free at 1-833-333-0417 seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
