I haven’t received my physical debit card yet. What should I do?

Once you order your physical debit card, your card should arrive via USPS within 7-10 business days.

If it has been more than 10 business days since you ordered your physical debit card and you have not received it, you can order a replacement card through your Nav Business Checking account.

To order a replacement card with the same card number, without canceling your card:

  1. Log in to your account at www.navchecking.com

  2. Choose Cards on the left-hand menu and then select the card

  3. Choose Replace Card and click Continue

  4. Select Business Debit Card and choose the Continue button

  5. Verify your shipping address (if it is not correct, select Edit)

  6. Choose the Continue button

  7. Once you receive confirmation that your replacement card was successfully ordered, please allow 7-10 business days for your card to arrive via USPS.

  8. Once your card arrives, please return to Cards to activate your card and set a PIN.

  9. Once you activate your card and set a PIN, you can use your physical debit card to make business purchases.
