How do I unlink a bank account from Nav Business Checking?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you no longer wish to have one of your external bank accounts connected to your Nav Business Checking account, you can disconnect it by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at app.nav.com/banking

  2. On My profile, select the Personal tab

  3. In the Connected accounts section, choose the Manage button

  4. Select the account you wish to disconnect and then Continue

  5. Select Disconnect account and then Continue

Once your account is successfully disconnected, it will no longer show as a connected account.
