To set up direct deposits or when linking another account, you may be asked to provide a voided check or bank verification letter confirming your Nav Business Checking account details.
Please email Nav Customer Support to request a banking verification letter. After verifying your identity, Nav Customer Support will email your banking verification letter to you at the email address associated with your account.
We do not currently offer checks for your Nav Business Checking account and are not able to provide a voided check. The banking verification letter will include the same account details as a voided check.
