How do I change or reset my password?

You can reset your password here or follow these steps:

  1. From the log in screen, select Forgot your password?

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and select Send reset email.

  3. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Your reset password link."

  4. Open the email, select Reset password, and create your new password.

You can change your password here or follow these steps:

  1. Log in at app.nav.com.

  2. Select Settings in the side navigation, then select Billing.

  3. Under the Manage account section at the bottom of the page, select Change password

  4. Enter the email address associated with your account and select Send reset email.

  5. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Your reset password link."

  6. Open the email, select Reset password, and create your new password.
