What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Immediately lock your card by going to your dashboard. Click on the Card details icon. On the Card details screen, you can toggle between the virtual and physical card at the top of the page. Once you’ve selected the card you’d like to lock, click on the Lock card button at the bottom of the page.

If you see any transactions you don't recognize, please contact us as soon as possible via email [email protected] or by phone 855-552-7739. We are available by phone Monday to Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PT, excluding holidays. We'll also be able to help you replace your virtual card if necessary.

To replace your physical card, scroll to the physical card at the top of your dashboard and select Card details. Go to the bottom of the page, and click on the Replace card button. You'll be guided through the replacement process.
