What happens to my personal credit score when my Nav Prime Card tradeline stops reporting?

Updated this week

When the Nav Prime Card tradeline stops reporting (if you had opted into personal credit reporting), there is no automatic or immediate personal credit score decrease solely due to the Nav Prime Card tradeline no longer reporting. Your payment history will remain on your personal credit report for a period of time, even after reporting ends.

That said, personal credit scores are calculated using many factors, including:

  • Overall payment history

  • Credit utilization across accounts

  • Length and mix of credit

  • Activity on other tradelines

Because of this, the impact can vary from business to business. Some customers may see little to no change, while others may notice a small adjustment over time as their credit profile updates. To continue building personal credit, we recommend:

  • Keeping other credit accounts in good standing

  • Paying bills on time

  • Maintaining low balances where possible
