The Nav Prime Card will be sunsetting on April 1, 2026. For customers with fully paid balances, April will be the last month of reporting and your account will be reported as closed.
For customers with remaining balances, we may report delinquent balances from 30 days after account closure through June 2026.
Your existing credit history will remain on your business credit report, and you can continue to view your reporting history from your Prime benefits page.
