We encourage you to transfer your funds before April 1, 2026 so you can receive them as soon as possible.
If your Nav Business Checking account or Nav Prime Card account still has a credit balance when it closes, we’ll mail you a check for the remaining amount to the address we have on file at time of account closure. This will be:
To your home address if you’re a sole proprietor
To your business address if you have an LLC or other formed business
Your check will arrive within 4–6 weeks after account closure. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date to avoid any delays. If you need to update your address, you will need to contact our customer care team at (888) 215-8584.
