What should I do before my accounts are closed?

Before your accounts are closed:

  • Transfer all funds out of your Nav Business Checking account and download your account statements. We also recommend spending any outstanding credits you may have on your Nav Prime Card. Nav Business Checking debit cards will be disabled on March 15, 2026. After this date, only ACH transfers will be supported for moving funds from your Nav Business Checking account.

  • Update any direct deposits, bill payments, or external accounts that may be linked to your Nav Business Checking or Nav Prime Card account(s) before April 1, 2026.

Once your accounts are closed, transactions attempted to or from the accounts will no longer be processed. This includes deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
