Yes. All past on-time and delinquent payments will be reported after opting-in to the personal credit reporting. There can be a negative impact on personal credit scores the more recent the delinquent (or late) payment and the higher the credit score. For late payments more than 12 months ago, the likelihood of impacting your credit score in a negative way is less likely, but still could occur.
